Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me, especially because of the personal things you share in our work together. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and how I protect it.
Limitless Alignment is run by Alexia Rieland Moyzaki, a sole trader based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia (ABN 84 194 960 026). In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" mean Limitless Alignment.
I handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Questions? Email me at alexiamoyzaki [at] gmail.com.
1. What information I collect
Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, location or time zone, and your login details for my programs.
Payment details: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by my payment provider. I do not see or store your full card number.
Sensitive information (including health information): information you choose to share in intake forms, questionnaires, sessions and messages. This can include your emotional and mental health, past experiences, relationships, medications, physical health or injuries, and anything else relevant to our work.
Session notes: short notes I may take during or after 1:1 sessions to support your progress.
Testimonials and feedback: if you agree to give them.
Website and usage information: such as your IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and how you use my emails and programs (for example, which lessons you complete).
2. How I collect it
I collect information directly from you when you:
• book a call or session, fill in a form, or join my email list
• buy a program, join a free offer, or attend an event
• complete an intake or health questionnaire
• talk with me in sessions, by email, SMS, DM or other messages
• visit my website or use my online programs
I do not buy personal information from other people. If someone refers you to me, I only use the details they give me to contact you about that referral.
3. Why I use it
I use your information to:
• deliver my coaching, hypnotherapy, programs and events
• check that my services are safe and suitable for you
• give you access to online programs and track your progress
• book, remind and run sessions
• take payments and keep financial records (including for tax)
• reply to your questions and support you
• send you updates and offers, if you agree (see section 7)
• improve my services and website
• meet my legal obligations
Sensitive and health information: I only collect this with your consent, and only when it is needed for our work. I use it to support you and keep you safe. I never use it for marketing.
If you do not give me some information, I may not be able to provide some services to you safely. You can use a nickname when you first contact me with a general question.
4. Who I share it with
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. I only share it with trusted service providers that help me run my business, and only what they need to do their job:
• GoHighLevel (website, forms, bookings, online programs, email and SMS): contact details, form and intake answers, program progress, messages
• Zoom (online sessions and events): name, email, session connection data (and recordings, only if you agree)
• Stripe (payments): name, email, payment details
• Gmail (email): emails we send each other
I may also share information with my accountant or legal adviser when needed, who must keep it confidential.
5. Overseas storage
Some of the tools in section 4 store information on servers outside Australia, mainly in the United States. I choose providers with strong security, and I take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. When I may share without your consent
I keep what you share in sessions confidential. I will only share your information without your consent when:
• I believe it is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to your life, health or safety, or someone else's
• the law requires or allows it (for example, a court order or subpoena)
If this ever happens, I will share only what is needed and, where it is safe and allowed, I will tell you first.
7. Marketing, cookies and analytics
Emails and SMS: I will only send you marketing emails or SMS if you have agreed to receive them, or if you are a client and it relates to my services. Every message has an easy way to unsubscribe, or you can email me to stop. This follows the Spam Act 2003.
Cookies: my website uses cookies, small files saved in your browser, to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.
Analytics and ads: I may use tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel to see how my website and ads perform. These tools may use cookies and collect information like your IP address and pages visited. They do not receive your health information.
8. How I keep it safe and how long I keep it
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This includes:
• password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication where available
• keeping session notes and intake forms in secure systems, not on paper or in personal apps
• only giving access to people who need it (currently only me)
I keep client records, including session notes and intake forms, for up to 7 years after our last session, then delete them securely. I keep financial records for as long as tax law requires. If you are only on my email list, I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them.
9. Your rights
You can:
• ask to see the personal information I hold about you
• ask me to correct information that is wrong, out of date or incomplete
• ask me to delete your information, unless I need to keep it by law
• unsubscribe from marketing at any time
Email me at alexiamoyzaki [at] gmail.com. I will reply within 30 days. There is no charge to ask. In rare cases the law allows me to refuse access (for example, if it would put someone at serious risk). If so, I will explain why in writing.
10. Data breaches
If your information is lost or accessed without permission in a way that could cause you serious harm, I will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. I will also tell you what steps you can take to protect yourself.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please email me first at alexiamoyzaki [at] gmail.com. I will reply within 30 days and do my best to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with my reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
12. Changes and contact
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on my website, with the date it was last updated.
