I know what it’s like to carry emotional weight that isn’t yours. To feel like you’re the strong one, the sensitive one, the one who “should be fine”… while silently holding it all together.

I burned out chasing healing that never reached my body. Until I stopped trying to fix myself — and learned how to feel safe being myself.

This work changed my life. Now I get to guide other women back to theirs.
